About the Founder and Our Team
Mitra Soltani – Inspiring Minds, Shaping Futures
Mitra Soltani is a seasoned leader, visionary, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in engineering, business development, and mentorship. From her role as a Fortune 500 engineer at Johnson & Johnson Vision to scaling multimillion-dollar businesses, Mitra has dedicated her career to solving problems and creating opportunities.
But her greatest inspiration comes from being a mom to twin daughters. Watching her girls grow sparked a deep realization: children need more than academics to succeed—they need practical skills and guidance to navigate the real world. This passion drove her to create The Superstars of Tomorrow, a program that empowers kids with confidence, creativity, and leadership.
"I believe every teen has a unique talent waiting to shine. My mission is to nurture that brilliance and unlock their limitless potential."

Entrepreneurs Community
Real work. Real outcomes.
Maya A., 20
Community college transfer (Leadership)
Week 3 I ran my first stand-up. The trio agenda killed the waffle and I finally made a call. Pitch practice didn’t make me perfect—it made me decisive.
Jaxon R., 22
Finance intern (AI + Money)
“The AI cash-up turned a pile of receipts into a clean P&L in minutes. My manager asked how I learned that. I showed him my Dossier.”
Aria K., 19
Gap-year builder (Creativity + Pricing)
“The pricing game changed everything. Our AOV nudged from $9.50 → $10.60 with tiny tests. Not magic—experiments. I’m using the same playbook for my thrift-flip page.”
Leo M., 24
CS grad pivoting to product (AI ops + Leadership)
“I thought I needed a co-founder. Turns out I needed an AI teammate and a checklist. It handled ops—so I talked to customers. First weekend: $312 and real feedback.”
Sofia V., 21
First-gen student (Financial literacy)
“I built a Money File that finally sticks. Tracked spend, set rules, paid off $800 on my card. I feel in control for the first time.”
Noah T., 23
DECA alum (Rising Star + Pitch)
“The feedback stung—in a good way. I rewrote my story, tightened the ask, and booked two informational interviews off the portfolio link.”
Kayden J., 17
Homeschooled (Leadership
“I used the Trio script with my robotics team. Chaos → 20-minute wins. People actually followed because I was clear.”
Zara L., 16
HS junior (AI + Creativity)
“Day 1 my AI wrote menu copy. By week 6 it was suggesting bundles I hadn’t considered. It’s like it learns me.”
Miguel P., 15
Sophomore (Finance)
“I do Money Fridays now. Track, save, repeat. I hit $200 and my mom matched it. First time I’ve felt wealth-minded.”
Emma C., 14
Freshman (Confidence + Speaking)
“I’m shy. That 90-second intro felt huge. Now I raise my hand first. Small brave things add up.”
Dana S.
Parent of 16-year-old (Homeschool)
“This replaced three separate programs. Leadership, money, creativity—in one system. And we have artifacts for college apps instead of just grades.”
Raj P.
Parent of 15-year-old (Operator dad)
“I manage a team and these are the same habits: decision memos, P&L, clear asks. Seeing my daughter present with numbers on screen felt future-ready.”
