ABOUT US
Who We Are
Superstars of Tomorrow (SOT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Fremont, California that helps teens and young adults build the kind of skills that matter in real life: how to think clearly, communicate confidently, solve problems, understand opportunity, and become stronger leaders of their own future.
We believe too many young people have talent, ideas, and potential — but are not given enough practical opportunities to build confidence, think independently, understand money, lead others, and turn their ideas into something real.
We are not just teaching business. We are helping students become more capable, more confident, and more prepared for the real world.

THE WORKSHOP SERIES
About This Workshop Program
This free workshop series is one of the ways Superstars of Tomorrow brings its mission directly into the community.
We offer free, in-person entrepreneurship workshops for teens ages 13–19, designed as a 4-week journey with one-hour sessions. Each session stands on its own, but together they create a stronger and more complete experience. Students may join at any point — and those who complete all four gain the full journey.
ONE HOUR PER SESSION
The 4-Week Journey
Drop in anytime — or complete all four for the full experience.
Week 1
Pitch Your Idea
Learn to explain an idea clearly and make other people care about it. Students are introduced to a simple and powerful structure: hook, problem, and solution.
- How to grab attention and explain why something matters
- What makes a pitch interesting and credible
- Interactive pitch game — turn ideas into short, persuasive pitches
Week 2
Financial Thinking & Pricing
Understand the foundations of financial thinking in entrepreneurship — how value, cost, pricing, and decision-making connect.
- What makes something valuable and why prices differ
- How businesses think about cost, profit, and smart pricing
- Interactive game to experience these concepts in action
Week 3
Leadership & Teamwork
Entrepreneurship is about people just as much as ideas. Students explore communication, collaboration, and what leadership really looks like.
- What leadership means beyond a title
- How to listen, contribute, and make decisions in a team
- Interactive team challenge — communicate under pressure and lead in action
Week 4
Think Like a Founder
Bring it all together by stepping into the mindset of a founder — how they see problems, make decisions, and keep moving forward.
- Seeing opportunities where others see problems
- Taking initiative and thinking creatively and strategically
- Interactive challenge applying the full founder mindset
What Makes This Different
Most youth programs either stay too theoretical or too surface-level. Superstars of Tomorrow is different because it combines:
- Practical, real-world entrepreneurship concepts — not theory
- Communication and confidence building built into every session
- Interactive games and challenges in each class
- Future-ready mindset development alongside business skills
- Students think, build, collaborate, present, and grow — not just listen
THE BIGGER PICTURE
A First Step Toward Something Bigger
These workshops are an introduction to a much larger mission. Superstars of Tomorrow is building pathways for students to go further — through deeper programs, more advanced projects, and richer learning experiences in entrepreneurship, leadership, finance, communication, creativity, and future-ready skill building.
For some students, this workshop is a first spark. For others, it can become the beginning of a much bigger journey.
