I'm Mitra Soltani
I’ve spent over 15 years leading teams, solving tough problems, and launching businesses in the tech and engineering world but my greatest passion? Helping young people succeed beyond the classroom. I created Superstars of Tomorrow because I saw a huge gap: students are taught to memorize facts, but not how to manage money, make career choices, or lead with confidence.
Through this workshop, I’m sharing what I wish every teen knew early real-life tools for financial freedom, leadership, and creative thinking. Whether you're still in high school or figuring out your next move, this is for you.
